Creating a publication to support 60 agencies, The Printed Image handles it from design to delivery.
The National Association for Mental Illness (NAMI), is an advocacy organization that provides support and education to families coping with mental illness, helping them understand both the disease and the treatment options available for their loved ones who are suffering.
NAMI’s development director, Blair Young, needed to create a publication to share information between its 60 affiliated organizations across Ohio. He couldn’t afford the time or expense of working with a design firm, printer and fulfillment house. He was looking for one vendor who could handle the project start to finish.

From multi-program letterhead & brochures to a 40-foot banner, there is no limit to what The Printed Image can produce.
With 60 affiliates in Ohio, NAMI needs multiple versions of their association letterhead as well as letterhead for specific initiatives and programs all with corresponding envelopes. Once again, Blair called on The Printed Image for the job. The designer came up with variations of the standard in-house letterhead which represented NAMI yet was particular to the specific organization or cause. Following approval,
the materials were printed and delivered.
NAMI also produces brochures and flyers for various conferences and needed someone to help write, design, layout and print brochures. In addition to creating communication materials for a conference, Blair found himself needing a 40-foot banner for the same event. He really wasn’t sure how he was going to pull that off!
The Printed Image solved both of Blair’s quandaries

Appeal letters that produce results — thanks to the personal touch of The Printed Image
Throughout the year, Blair Young writes appeal letters that require printing and mailing to thousands of people. It is of utmost
importance that these letters be printed on good quality paper
and be mailed looking like they were personally addressed by Blair himself. In addition, the mailing lists that are supplied for the
mailing are not always accurate, so special processing is required
to validate the addresses to get the best postage rates and the
fewest returns.
The Printed Image is NAMI’s choice!

The Printed Image does an outstanding job of making what could be a very time consuming project for me a very simple process with a great result. It makes that part of my job much easier.
